The Rauher Busch restaurant, named after the 300-year-old beech tree nearby, is relaxed and cosy. Located right next to the Hochsauerland campsite and the "Remmeswiese" ticket office in Winterberg, you can enjoy our restaurant specialities and drinks - whether you're taking a break from skiing or just popping in for a slice of cake.
Rustic cosiness
The Rauher Busch in Winterberg is cosiness times two. While the front part of our restaurant is bright and modern, the back part, the stable, is really cosy. Here, a fireplace and a Bullerjan stove will warm you up after an exciting and active day in the Winterberg ski lift carousel.
If you want to end your day of skiing in peace and quiet or need a break from the hustle and bustle on the slopes, the Rauher Busch is the place for you - we look forward to seeing you!
Sometimes savoury, sometimes sweet - always homemade
In addition to the classics such as Sauerland currywurst, schnitzel variations or stews, we conjure up a selection of changing dishes of the day and cakes for small and large appetites.
Add to this a hot chocolate with cream or a flavoursome mulled wine and you'll feel good all over again!
